I have purchased third party party batteries in the past for several of our smartphones from eBay from overseas vendors. Sometimes they work, but never seem to hold a charge as long as the original batteries do. Then I saw Anker has a package of 2 for the Galaxy IV with a charger for less than the price of one battery for the phone from the store. I have many Anker backup batteries for various gadgets and I have and never have been disappointed so I thought I would give these a try. Sure enough they work as good as the original battery and you can use the charger along with your phone to charge two at the same time. My wife and I travel quite a bit and it can be hard to find an outlet sometimes and even more of a pain to have to stay at an outlet while you get a partial charge in an airport. I would highly recommend these or one of the Anker high current external battery chargers if you have a phone with a fixed battery. There is also a 18 month warranty you will never see with any battery.

Amazing quality, from fit and finish of the case and screen protector, to the great battery performance. I've been using Anker batteries in my Samsung Galaxies for 3 phones now, and can honestly say they perform better than oem. This price for all these items is unbelievable. Samsung wants more for just one spare battery.

BalasHapusAnker never fails to impress me. The battery is better than the stock battery. battery life is better, NFC works with no problems. I use my phone constantly in school and it's hard to find a battery that last me the whole day. I came from an iPhone 4S and I have to say that this battery gives me the same battery life as my iPhone did. I know it's the same mAh , the stock one but I feel like this one gives me better life than the stock one. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.
My first purchase using this brand was the 2 pack batteries for my Galaxy S2 on 2011, then the same one in 2012 for my Galaxy Note 2 and right now this one for my Galaxy S4. The new package(box) is very good, i felt that i got a great produt also the charger this time is so much better. I recommend buying this product.

BalasHapusThe primary take is the batteries work great. These batteries and charger all work well enough to make Anker my trusted/go-to brand for my other phone batteries. I've purchased some lousy batteries from other companies so, when I find a battery company I trust, I stick with them until they give me a reason to leave.

I originally wrote that the battery charger was a bit of a pain to use. I've ordered similar products from this company and inadvertently reviewed the wrong product. They informed me that they improved the battery charger so that the pins do not have to be adjusted on the new charger. I haven't received it yet but wanted to correct my review.
I am amending the review to 5 stars on the assumption that the batteries work well from my experience with their other batteries and the information that my only complaint with the charger has been corrected. I'll return to the review again after I receive test and confirm this.
I apologize if I inadvertently mislead anyone. But I do stand by what I wrote before: Anker is my go to company for cell phone batteries and I've never hesitated to recommend them to friends as well.
They apparently take the quality of their product quite seriously. Not many companies would be concerned enough to address a 4 star review. I'm impressed.
BalasHapusI recieved my gs4 2 days ago and have been cycling through these batteries instead of sticking to one, the switch is quick and easy. These batteries seem to drain ever so slightly slower than the stock battery. I highly recommend these if you want to cycle batteries on the fly ljke I do or just want a backup battery.

BalasHapusOver the last couple years Ive been through quite a few phones. And for almost all of them Ive made sure I got an Anker battery for it. At first my only intention was to have an extra battery as a backup. But after using them I started to notice they were getting better battery life than the stock batteries. And the Anker batteries for the Galaxy S4 are no exception. So I end up using the Anker batteries as my main with the stock battery as the backup. Once again I get excellent life from their batteries. I took screenshots from 2 different tests I did. I will be adding these to the item images. The first was with very light use, then kept the phone on overnight. The next day I had gone 15 hours, 10 minutes, 53 seconds and still had 84%. The next was a day of normal use, checking email, watching a couple videos, texting, etc, then left on overnight again. On this one I had gone 20 hours, 56 minutes, and 49 seconds and still had 47%. Now of course your mileage may vary. I keep my display at 50% brightness with GPS, Bluetooth, and data usually off. But keep connected to my house Wi-Fi.
These batteries also support NFC. I was able to send and receive pictures between my S4, and a Galaxy Note 2 with no issues. This is a cool feature that I am sure will become more useful and common place as more and more phones support it.
Even though Ive had many Anker batteries in the past, this was the first time I actually got the charger also. The charger is easy to use, and works great for the S4 batteries, and it also fits S3 batteries as well perfectly. Its nice to be able to charge 2 batteries at a time. One in the phone, and the other in the charger.
Through all of these Anker batteries I have strong confidence in the batteries, and not just that but the company also. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy, and that has really become rare these days. But with Anker you know that the item you are buying will work, and if for some reason its not what you expected they will try to make it right. Ive experienced this myself. And have seen them reach out to customers that leave negative feedback even when the customer wasnt expecting it.
So to summarize if you are looking for some backup batteries for your S4 you cant go wrong here. They are affordable, work perfect, and you might just notice these take the place of your official Stock batteries when you notice the improved battery life!!
These batteries are a great addition to my galaxy s4. I love the wall charger. Batteries last longer than the Samsung battery!!!
BalasHapusI was wondering before i buy this product if it would work with the T-Mobile m919 galaxy s4. I am very skeptical whether it would work or not because it didnt say it on the description.
